*I started walking around the halls with a walker the day after my surgery, on Tuesday.
*I was discharged and came to stay with my parents on Wednesday.
*I am getting around with my walker really well.
*My pain is nothing compared to what I experienced before surgery. I've cut back some of the prescribed meds (but am still enjoying some still!).
*My parents have rolled out the red carpet and I'm thinking of moving in permanently. (don't worry Dad-I'm just kidding! :)
*Arian has been amazing through all of this.
*I am incredibly grateful for everyone who has made this possible.

Wonderful, heartwarming news Jill! I have wanted to give you a little R&R from phone calls, but I did call Arian yesterday. We are so happy for you and PROUD of you too!
Hey Jill,
Thanks for the quick update - I'm glad to hear that you have been RELEASED (we didn't need to bake that key into the cookie after all :) I am very, very happy to hear that your pain is already less then it was before the surgery, I expect that it will just get better and better. You were so thoughtful when we came by the day of the surgery, and I wanted to send you a hug over the internet (*hug*) Duane and I are in our new apartment and LOVING it! I got a little lost this morning trying to find a grocery store, but it all worked out in the end. Sending our love,
Kelty
Oh I wish I knew you were at your parents house, I just spent the weekend somewhere by Hoytsville for our stake Youth Conference. Glad to hear that you're getting around.
Jill I am soooooo glad everything went well and that you are able to have your pain relieved. I'll continue to keep you in my prayers that your recovery will be speedy!
Glad to hear all is well. You are so positive. And I'm happy to hear the your not in as much pain as before. I can't imagine having to deal with 2 kids and to be in constant pain like that. Here is to better days ahead. Best of luck with recovery.
It's only going to get better from here on out!
Little Kenneth misses his mommy although he's having TONS OF FUN here. I could tell how much he loves you during that phone chat. His voice got so tiny and he was VERY INTENT on your every word. As I heard your voice talking to him, you sounded as upbeat as someone who is cruising the Caribbean.
I bet when Kenneth and Audrey grow up, they'll realize how amazingly brave and tough you were, going through all this. And they'll appreciate you all the more.
I hope recovery goes good, let me know when your in town I'd love to bring dinner over.
